Information according to Law n. 196-03 on the protection of personal data

This section is intended to describe how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of visitors who consult and use.

Disclosure of Arthur Grill pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03

Dear Customer, we wish to inform you that your personal data - collected directly from you - will be used by Arthur Grill and communicated to other companies, in full respect of the fundamental principles laid down by:

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND RELATED PURPOSES

Below, we summarize all the operations we conducted that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and our goal with each of them.
A. collection and storage of personal data in order to provide the e-commerce service for our products and to provide judicial authorities with the information required;
b. processing of personal data supplied by you and those collected from your online browsing, according to the process described in greater detail in the general conditions of service, in order to define your business profile
c. use of your commercial profile by Arthur Grill for the purposes of marketing and promotions of Arthur Grill 
d. collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative purposes - accounting, including any e-mail transmission of commercial invoices;
e. use of your commercial profile by Arthur Grill and for marketing and promotional purposes.

RULES 'OF TREATMENT

The treatment will be totally automated by a process that allows you to detect the commercial attitudes of customers as shown by their behavior on the network. Arthur Grill di Antonio Salvati through the system of training and retention of data, ensures and guarantees that they will not understand, either directly or indirectly, arguments concerning sensitive data in accordance with Articles 4 letter. D and 26 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03. Therefore, we exclude a priori any treatment that may directly or indirectly sensitive data.

FREEDOM 'OF CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points (a), (b), (c), (d) is necessary. In case of refusal to give consent it will not be possible to provide services Arthur Grill di Antonio Salvati.
