HAMBURGER 

For 4 people (200g burger ):

650g ground beef
150g minced pork
1egg
4 tablespoons Worcester sauce;
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

The secret to this recipe is the minced pork , which makes the tastiest hamburger and less dry thanks to the fat it contains. In a large bowl mix and rub in well with the powdered egg and Worcestershire sauce . Subsequently forming discs 200g compacting the mixture. Preheat the barbecue and when the grill is very hot lay disks obtained. Allow to cook about 6 minutes per side. At the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot in a bun with lettuce , onion and tomatoes or a cheese slices placed over one minute before removing from the grill.

IMPORTANT : do not press the burgers with a spatula during cooking , this will only come out the juices of the meat and make the product dry and harder.

BARBECUE SAUCE

Salsa barbecue

Ingredients

- 200 gr of tomato sauce
- One tablespoon of tomato paste
- A yellow onion
- A clove of garlic
-Three tablespoons of white vinegar
- Two tablespoons of mustard
- Two tablespoons of sugar
- A chilli pepper
- 20 gr of butter
- Tabasco
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté over high heat in butter : also pour the vinegar and let it evaporate . Pour into the pot the past and the tomato paste and stir , add to the sauce also mustard, pepper and sugar. Cook for about twenty minutes, your sauce and let it cool . Bring then a strainer through which filter the sauce to prevent remain the diced onion . Once that has been sifted , add to taste salt, pepper, a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.
